Account details such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, country and address; verification documents you upload; account activity such as transactions, balances, wallet addresses and support messages; and basic technical data such as device and log information needed to run the service securely.

To create and operate your account, to verify your identity and meet our legal obligations, to process deposits, withdrawals and conversions, to detect and prevent fraud or misuse, to respond to your support requests, and to send you service notifications.

Identity documents are stored in private storage and are accessible only to you and to authorised staff reviewing your verification. They are not shared publicly and are not used for marketing.

We share personal data only where necessary: with service providers who help us run the platform, with banking or payment partners involved in your transactions, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your account and verification records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period required by applicable law and record-keeping obligations. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate details, ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, or object to certain processing. Contact us through in-app support to make a request.
